Our trained and certified engineering staff can assist you in answering all of your technical support issues. At IImage Retrieval, you are more than just a customer number. You are our most important asset. We know that the customer comes first.

Our staff is provided with the latest technology, tools and resources to help assist you with any question or solve any issue that might arise with your scanner. We can assist you with troubleshooting issues or simply help you streamline your workflow. Our staff is constantly training and using these systems to keep their skills at peak performance.

IImage Retrieval is also a service bureau and uses the very same high grade equipment we sell to our customers. We understand that minor system failure is a given when working in a production environment and now how to assist our customers in a timely manor. It is always our priority to have a happy customer.

We also offer training for operators that wish to learn how to use any of the i2S scanning equipment. This can be done in our Texas office or at your location. .

For institutions that currently have equipment and need to move to a new location, IIRI can assist with the transition to assure that the equipment is not damaged.
